This neighborhood offers a nice mix of ages. There are some families with young kids and some with older, empty nesters and some older folks. The families here attend both public and private schools and there are even a couple of home schooling families as well. All the neighbors are friendly and helpful. There are two police officers and one Mehlville Fire Department board member on this block. And while there are many dogs in the neighborhood they are all well behaved. Donâ??t be frightened of the large, black dog next door; sheâ??s just a big, loveable lump who hardly ever barks. Half the fun of moving to a new house is meeting all the neighbors so we wonâ??t spoil it for you! The best time to run into everyone is in the evening when people go out for a walk. This little cul-de-sac is great for a mini work out or you can go up to Erb and turn right and enjoy sidewalk all the way. The homeownerâ??s association puts on a get together every year, sometimes in the fall and sometimes in the spring and thereâ??s a big neighborhood wide garage sale every year around Memorial Day.
