By encouraging quiet overnight hours we can help create a great environment where everyone can get their needed sleep. One of the features of a rooming house is we also don't require extended notice of when you are leaving so you have flexibility to move as your situation changes. No getting locked into a long term lease at a rooming house, it's a week at a time for as long as you like. The downside of this is that it also makes it hard for us to accurately book rooms in advance. Due to this we can only confirm room availability within a few days of when it's required. We require a week's payment and matching deposit when you move in. So for $350 cash depending on availability, you can get yourself into an affordable living solution. Our minimum rental is one week (we don't do daily rates), but with our cost effective rates even if you only need the room for three or four days it is considerably cheaper than most hotels.
