For the money, Parkway Villas is one of the best places to call home in Manatee county. All villa style residences, very low maintenance which includes cable and internet, assigned covered parking, very well maintained exteriors and amenities. The large clubhouse with heated pool and saunas in both bathrooms will be warm and inviting. This villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with an added full-size washer dryer in the front bedroom. From the rear of the villa there is a sidewalk straight to the clubhouse where you'll find a pool table, library, management offices and a spacious kitchen and meeting room for events (when they pick up again).
