Mattausch Rental Properties is small and family owned - we've been managing our own north Seattle properties since the 1960s, and we pride ourselves on providing our tenants with both quality houses and responsive, ethical property management. This non-smoking house is available April 1st on a one year term which converts to a flexible month to month lease thereafter. Last months' rent and refundable deposit each equal to one months' rent) due at move in or via payments over as many as six months.
