The building is the first building you see directly in front of you when you hit the first stop sign. The unit is at the far left second floor, back of the building. IMPORTANT GPS has sent most people to the wrong location in the back of the community. Only small Pets under 40 pounds are Allowed with a pet fee. Water is included in rent. Absolutely no smoking in the unit. There will be no tolerance for smoking. Upon signing a lease the first month's rent plus deposit will be due. All rules for the condo community must be followed.
