New Unit, lived in less than a year. Nice Ground Level Apartment at the Mason at Six Mile Creek in Indian Land. I am moved out but lease is up in mid June. I am looking for someone (up to two people) to legally add to the lease through an application with the property management. Once you are added to the lease I will leave it. $1525 a month rent plus around $75 for water, sewer, pest, and door to door trash pick up.
