You'll have the place mostly to yourself during the day as I prefer to spend most of my time outside. Open to anyone as long as you're clean and quiet. Great if you're a student or a young professional like myself. Background check required by HOA. Month-to-month is fine. I prefer first, last & $600 security deposit. I can furnish the room if necessary. Asking $900. Utilities split 50/50, comes out to roughly $75-$100 a month per person. About me: I work remotely, and like to be in cafes and co-working spaces.
