We are looking to find someone to take over our lease, from February until July 31st, 2018. We have been at this address for roughly 6 months and are looking to get a house with friends. . Location is great, only a 5 minute bike ride from CSU campus, perfect for a single person or someone with less stuff! :) Dogs of all sizes are OK with additional pet rent of 25$/pet/month. Parking is not assigned, however, we have been occupying 2 off-street spaces that no one ever competes with us for!
