Waterman's Landing and lake access are approximately a 10-minute walk away, while restaurants, shopping and everyday essentials are close by. The light-filled main living area features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and large picture windows overlooking the surrounding trees. The open living and dining space is comfortably furnished and designed for gathering, whether enjoying coffee before heading to the mountain, working remotely, sharing dinner with friends or relaxing by the fire after a day of skiing. The refreshed kitchen is fully equipped for seasonal living and includes new stainless-steel appliances, a microwave and washer and dryer that are located in the laundry room. The cabin offers three furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms across two levels. The spacious primary suite occupies the upper floor and includes its own private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed and two queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to six occupants. High-speed internet and two Smart TVs make working from home, streaming and cozy movie nights easy. Outside, the spacious elevated deck offers filtered, peekaboo views of Lake Tahoe and overlooks the surrounding forest. The deck includes comfortable patio seating and a newer propane grill (seasonal). Conservancy land next to the property adds privacy and provides a peaceful setting for enjoying the trees and local wildlife. The cabin is tucked away from the main road while remaining just off North Lake Boulevard, providing convenient access without requiring a long drive high into the mountains. Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe are each approximately 20 to 30 minutes away under normal driving conditions. Homewood Mountain Resort, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose offer additional skiing and snowboarding options within reach. Gar Woods Grill & Pier, The Post Office for breakfast or lunch, are a couple of North Lake Tahoe's best-known lakefront destinations, is just down the road. Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Incline Village and Truckee are also conveniently accessible for groceries, dining, shopping and apres-ski. This is the owner's personal Tahoe vacation cabin and is privately managed by the owner, a licensed California real estate agent acting as principal in the rental.
