I then, will change the status on Zillow from "for sale" to "sale pending" or take it off market. Following giving the notice to the tenants of the walk thru happening 24 hours later. THIS IS ALL NON-NEGOTIABLE! If after the walk thru the purchaser still wants it, then the balance $14,000 will either be due at closing or over 5 years owner financing at $234 a month. No interest is attached & we will pay all taxes for the property for the entire 5 years, if the $234 a month option is taken! Closing will be on the 30th of April & home possessed then. Closing costs & title fees will be paid by me, at closing and thru a title company.
