Lease description

• Every person at the property is expected to be clean and sober. Drug tests are completed before move in and can be conducted at any time. We want to support people in a living in a healthy, clean and sober lifestyle. Other resources such as counseling may be provided if needed, but will not be required unless there are issues with following the house rules. This is not a lease agreement but is considered Program Housing. It is operated by Sojourner's Outreach Services (SOS), a non-profit. There will be counseling that will be a part of it as well. We especially love serving our veterans. If you aren't able to afford the $700/m we may be able work with SOS or other non-profits to help with this, especially if you have a job, but don't make much from it.
