In that case, you'll have access to one designated, covered parking spot. Guests may also bring a second vehicle, which can be parked in any of the plentiful, non-designated parking spots. The community is well-maintained, safe, and quiet. Fully gated, with private security, you can feel confident leaving your vehicle while you explore the area and enjoy the nightlife. No smoking. No cats. Guest agrees to work with landlord to schedule once monthly cleanings at the rate of $150, paid by guest.
