Misrepresentations found after a rental agreement is signed will result in a termination of that rental agreement. c.) Felony convictions, drug-related offenses, convictions for the possession or distribution of a manufactured or controlled substance, or a misdemeanor for crime against a person. 7. Occupancy standards: Occupancy is not to exceed two occupants per bedroom or current HUD occupancy standards or local ordinances. No more than three (3) unrelated adults are permitted in an apt., per City of Milwaukee ordinance. 8. Pet policy: No exotic animals. Landlord reserves the right to refuse certain types of pets on premises. Tenants found with unauthorized pets on the premises may result in an eviction.. Pet deposit if required is non-refundable. 9. Security deposit: Deposit is equal to one month's rent, unless specified. Security deposit is fully refundable at end of lease, minus any amounts legally withheld for damage, unpaid rent, and/or amounts treated as rent. Security deposit cannot be substituted for any month's rent payment. 10. Guarantors: Lease guarantors must submit an application and meet all applicant criteria. 11.
