Awesome family room for the kids to play. Even better there is excellent storage space in both the 3 car garage and downstairs. Quick access to 52, but away from the traffic. This was our perfect house, but career changes forced us to move to the Twin Cities. We swapped homes with a family moving to Rochester as they were in the same situation and didn't want to sell in a down market. They may choose to stay, but if not this home will be available end of June. I thought I would see if there is interest before listing with an agent as it allows me to price it better. We paid $345,000 and of course put in nice blinds, built storage spaces, and a finished basement at cost.
