Because I need to move at the end of the month, I'm going to try and speed up the process by letting you keep my security deposit.This apartment is both cat and dog friendly with the pet deposit already paid (though, for dogs rent may be a little higher). All utilities except electric are included in rent. You would have the ability to re-sign when the lease ends in August. The complex includes: a pool, work-out facility, free parking for you/visitors, laundry in building, and an awesome location near the mall and state st bus stop. The apartment itself has a balcony that connects to both the living room and bedroom, a fireplace, huge closets throughout, and a giant wall bookcase.Though it's unfurnished, I'm willing to leave my couch for free. I'm also pretty flexible about the move-in date, so if you need to move in at the end of the month I can probably make that work. Attached is the layout of the apartment. You get your own one-bedroom apartment at a super reasonable price, but you don't have to worry about paying a deposit upfront and (assuming you take good care of the apartment) you actually make money when you move out.Tenant only responsible for electric and internet/cable. Lower than actual rent, I will pay you the difference with a check.
