Our home was finished in June of 2016. It is a block from the park/pool and a few blocks from the school. The Gruver School District is impeccable! Our home has the potential for 5 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms were designed to be a playroom and an office. Those 2 are smaller in size but still have built in shelving units & clothes rods in the closets that are very nice! The whole bottom half of the house is tile flooring that looks like wood. Upstairs bedrooms have carpet but hallway and bathroom is the same tile. We have 2 full bathrooms. The living room has large windows that let in a lot of natural light. You can see the whole backyard from one and also into the front yard from the other. The living room also has a nice built in electric fireplace/heater. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a very big walk in closet with an extra storage area. Each bedroom has nice built in shelving units. In fact, the whole house has a lot of extra storage. The backyard is one of my favorite places to be. It is soooo big!! It has a covered patio area and also a rock area for kids to play and/or for you to sit around a fire pit in the evenings. There is also a large area of grass for dogs, gardening, storage unit, etc. The light fixtures are all unique. I picked them myself on Etsy.com and I absolutely love them! I hope you will too.
