This cabin is located in Eldora, Colorado, 35 minutes west of Boulder. This log cabin has 2 bedrooms... one with a Casper king bed, the other with two twin Casper beds. There is one full bathroom, a full kitchen and dining area, as well as an open living space. The back patio has a large picnic table and chairs. There is a wood-burning stove, electric heat, a gas grill, and it is pet-friendly. There is high-speed wireless Internet from Century Link (very fast and reliable), a Smart TV (Hulu, Roku, Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime), and a Sonos speaker. The cabin is very close to world-class hiking, camping, and mountain biking. There is a grocery store in the town of Nederland (5-10min away) as well as a few shops and restaurants. We provide firewood. The cabin will be extremely clean upon arrival. We are currently seeking a tenant from now ( the move-in date is flexible) through end of May and perhaps beyond.
