    What's special

    This is an 1100 sq foot roomy mobile home on a very large fully fenced lot. There is a very large living space with a nice size fully equipped kitchen, including a dish washer. Living space has manufactured wood flooring. Hall and bedroom are carpeted and we recently did some painting. The master bedroom has an attached half bath, and there are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with hall access. Additionally there is a utility room, with an included washer and dryer, off the hall. The home was reroofed in 2018 and has a transferable lifetime warranty. This is a great home for a family, as there is lots of outside space for kids. It is also a good investment property because the close proximity to campus (approximately 1.75 miles from campus) and public transportation make it great for student housing. The last three owners, including myself were graduate students at WSU. Lot rent is $350 a month and includes water and trash.
