The exterior is also going to be painted at some point either a light gray or a khaki color with black shutters. This house is on a corner lot and it is a true 3 bedroom and one bath home. The bathroom has plenty of counterspace and the shower has a sliding door. The living room has French doors that lead to a dining room. The dining room joins up to a large kitchen so there is plenty of space. I do not provide appliances but currently there is a dishwasher which could be left with maintenance at the tenants expense. The gas stove in the picture does not function and is not included. On the backside of the house there is a large laundry room and a screened in back porch for enjoying the outside without dealing with the bugs! There are no neighbors on the backside of the property and there is space for parking in the back of the house. I would like to have the house available by May 1. That s not a definite but it is my goal. Tenant pays all utilities in their own name and is responsible for keeping the grass cut.
