Mobile home in a very small mobile home community. Friendly, quiet neighbors that are always there for you and the lot rent is very low. The house was built in 1985 but I just recently renovated every square inch of the inside. Its doesn’t have central a/c, but it does have central heat. I will be selling a lot of furniture items with the house and the washer and dryer as well.
