The monthly rent is $1650. To qualify for this property, we require 3.0x rent, a credit score of at least 640, no previous evictions, and we require responsible tenants who will take great care of our property. In return, we have excellent maintenance staff who are very responsive and fix any issues quickly! That said, we do ask tenants to handle minor maintenance tasks themselves, such as replacing lightbulbs or air filters. We want tenants who take pride in their home and enjoy maintaining it. Since we take great care of our homes, and we do semi-annual inspections, MERV filter changes, battery checks, plumbing leak checks, etc...it's very rare that we hear from a resident more than 1-2x per year! Most of our residents stay with us for many years and enjoy their property a ton. This home is pet-friendly! Bring up to two furry family members with you. (Additional rent and deposit will apply, screening/restrictions apply). Dishwasher included. Stove/Fridge not included, but are available separately for rent if needed. We screen heavily as we only want quality responsible people as our residents. The screening system does do a complete evictions check, credit check, criminal background check, and reference check. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for each adult 18+ who will occupy the property. We like to see a credit score of at least 640, and bank statements, proof of income/pay stubs, and reference check will be performed. That said, we do work with many situations. We understand people who have made a mistake in the past and have learned from it and changed for the better.
