This is a great house. It has a huge entryway with a lime stone type floor. Large vaulted ceiling that opens up to the top floor. Large living room with a wood fireplace. Great for hot dogs or marshmallows in the winter time. This house has 4 bedrooms all upstairs on one level. Two on each end with a bathroom at each end as well. Main level has dining room, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and large extra pass through/entry room. You could use the entry room as an office space, or a pool table/game room space or just leave it open like we did and have a little corner bar in there. The home is located on a corner lot of a quiet street. Although no sidewalks to shovel! I installed an extra driveway for rv/extra parking as well. There is also a small deck that comes off the main floor through a patio door. There is a front and back yard with plenty of trees in the back. There is also a one stall attached garage.
