The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stunning shower. The bedroom has direct access to the backyard with beautiful natural sunlight. The second bedroom features a twin bed - great for a kid or a guest- and a desk and chair for all your work-from-home needs. The living room has an extremely comfortable couch with a big screen TV that has access to all the streaming apps. We also have a record player with records available for you to enjoy. The dining room has a table that fits six people. The house is surrounded by a fully fenced in yard on all sides. The front yard has a magnificent royal poinciana tree that provides you with shade while you lay in the hammock chair and read. There are also a bunch of fruit trees that you can help yourself to while you are here- starfruit, figs, mangos, pigeon peas, passionfruit & papaya! You could spend every day out in our backyard where there is a Webber grill, a gorgeous Banyan tree to relax in a lounge chair under, a couch & rainbow picnic tables. Ideal renter would be August 1st-November 30th. Our rental dates are flexible, but no shorter than a one month lease. We will prioritize people looking for a longer lease.
