It's mostly carpeted, with wooden floors in the kitchen and dining area. Nice, fairly new neighborhood with lots of pride of ownership. It's reasonably close to highways for good access around town. This house will not be crammed full of a bunch of adults in all corners of it. It will just be you and me (the owner). You'll feel like you have more than enough of your own space.
