There are two housemates, one male and one female, between 26-28yo, who take up the other 2 rooms. Both spend a majority of the time in their rooms, which leaves the downstairs living room free most of the time. Rent includes house cleaners, who come every month. Standard utilities and landlords are quick to resolve any issues in the house. Lots of parking around the house, with street cleaning Thursday from 10am-1pm. House is close to the intersection of the 405 and 55 with quick access to pretty much anywhere in OC. There is a pool at the complex. Renter is responsible for utilities. Rent includes house cleaners. 6 month lease with option to extend.
