This is a nasty home that you more then likely won’t want to live in. As soon as you seen the disgusting curb appeal, you’ll smell the stench from there. As you walk up, you’ll start to see what appears as a walk way to the door, it is actually animal feces. Unfortunately there isn’t much I can do about the smell, but since it’s in the location it’s in, we have to put it at top tier prices. Our roofing is caving in and will be out under your expenses. The bad piping and black mold will not be treated by any means. We’re against any use of chemicals in our home. Also, we like to use other people’s phone number for our property so that way we don’t get bothered by all the calls and make the other person get them instead. :)
