    What's special

    Semi secluded 11.39 acres bordered by Hog Creek on the north side with a spring fed pond towards the north quarter of the property. Lots of deer sign as this is used heavily by deer passing through from larger neighboring properties. There is a beaver lodge in the pond and it seems to be active in Hog Creek building dams. Cameras have recorded large deer, turkeys and coyotes on the property. There are good areas on either side of the pond to set up a remote camp or hunting blinds. I never got around to fishing the pond so I can't speak to that. If you're looking for a private get away with hunting opportunities that won't break the bank here you go!
