There is air conditioning and forced air. It's an open concept with vaulted ceilings in the family room and formal living room. The family room has a great gas fireplace. We want a longer lease. 1 year lease minimum. Prefer to rent to a single family. If you have a pet, the pet deposit will be $500 for each pet. Tenant needs to maintain the yard.
