The loft also has 2 nooks, one of which is furnished with an office desk and chair. Queen bed and dresser provided (bedding not provided), washer and dryer in second bedroom. There is not currently a bed in the 2nd bedroom but a crib is available upon request. Living room furniture, dining room table and chairs and office desk and chair also provided. All furniture shown in the pictures will stay. Kitchen fully outfitted with a cooktop, 2 ovens, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Note: refrigerator appears to have a water dispenser, but it does not work. Trash, lawn maintenance, snow plowing all included. Tenants have separate entry door. Tenants have access to their own backyard space, the fire pit, pool and garden. Property is adjacent to 60 acres of green space for neighboring development, including extensive hiking trails. Tenant has access to up to 2 parking spaces in the garage. Note: the loft is up a flight of stairs. Owners live on-site, but travel often. The property also has a chicken coop with 20 chickens. If tenant is willing to help with the chickens while owner travels, it would be very helpful. (Minimal work involved.) Located 10 minutes from both Knapp's Corner and downtown Ada. Utilities: Owner pays for water, trash, lawn care, and snow removal. Owner and tenant split electric costs (all power and heat are electric) with tenant paying 1/3 of actual costs. Owner is willing to let tenant share internet for the cost ($50/mo.) Parking: There are two parking spaces in the garage that are available to tenants The loft has a dedicated keyless entry. There is a flight of stairs up to the space. We welcome pets if you are diligent about picking up feces daily. Term: Six month lease term, then month-to-month thereafter. Common spaces: Tenants are welcome to use the fire pit, garden and pool. If tenants want to invite guests to use any of these facilities, they must first obtain Owner approval. There is a large lawn area behind the loft that is dedicated outdoor space for tenants. No smoking allowed on the Premises. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
