Hi everyone I have a decent two bedroom apt in prospect/lefferts gardens, about a 5 minute walk from the B/Q and shuttle train at the prospect park subway stop. I am looking for a subletter(s) to finish out my lease from June 1 to September 1. This would be a great summer spot as it is so close to the park! High ceilings and open floorplan in kitchen and living area really opens up the space. Great laundry and dry cleaning options right across the street. I'm moving to a bigger space in the neighborhood as I've outgrown this space. The apartment has been renovated on the past few years, but nothing fancy.
