January 1st - Need Responsible Roommate to Share Large Home. This is a newly redecorated (furnished or unfurnished) bedroom family room and bath with access to kitchen and laundry. There is plenty of space to share in my large 2000 square-foot home. There is a family room, a bedroom and bath on the first floor (which I am looking to rent) and a great room, kitchen and bedroom on the second floor which I will share. My room is on the second floor with its own bath, the rental room is on the first floor with its own bath. There is a lot of private and shared space in my home depending on your mood. I am located in the midst of almost anything - 20 minutes from Poplar Creek Hoffman Estates for music lovers and minutes away from Woodfield Mall. My home is 15 minutes or less from many forest preserves and parks. I am also located literally moments from IL390, 290, Route 19, Route 20, and Route 53. In addition I am located 15 minutes from O'Hare airport. I am laid back, but responsible and need an adult or a couple to share my home. A retiree or someone in town for a new job would be great. I am asking for $800/month and the utilities. Rent includes access to indoor/outdoor pool and gym. I have a small dog, but he stays with me most of the time. This is purely a roommate situation.
