Exterior Features:Grass cut and winterization completed on november fifth 2011. Hot water tank was full of water with lots of breaks in the copper line above the hot water heater in around it. Disconnected unions to the hot water tank and took it outside to allow it to drain because the water was coming out of the blown line and was not assessable to capture the water.Interior Features:Renovations have been started in the the kitchen and has new wood laminate flooring and a new counter top. Some of the cabinet doors are missing. There is a dishwash. The bathroom has vinyl flooring and needs updated. The rest of the house has carpet and is heavily stained. There are holes in the walls that need repaired, some have already been patched. The whole house needs to be painted. There are newer replacement windows through out the whole house. Mechanics: hot water heater and forced air furnance are intact. The a/c unit has been removed. Some of the plumbing is not hooked up.
