$460 a month everything included. Graduating in December need a subleaser for Spring semester 2015. My current roommate is 21, a junior, very easy to live with. The apartment is awesome big living room and kitchen, decent size bathroom, medium size rooms. The location is about a 3-4 minute walk to campus, close to the rec, a bunch of food places and if you like to go downtown the free bus stops right outside our building.
