This is a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment complex contains two buildings that each have five apartments. For an apartment complex they feel very private. Additionally, each tenant gets one off street parking space. It is located in Alta Vista, a very desirable neighborhood in San Antonio. It is close to many Great restaurants and shopping. Also convenient to downtown, and very near Trinity University as well as San Antonio college. Owner pays for trash water and sewer
