Private room in a 5 bedroom house nestled in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in Huntington Beach. Includes access to Kitchen, Living Room, Backyard, Garage for storage, and street parking directly in front of the house. There are 3 citrus trees in the backyard that you can take from anytime you wish. The 3 of us that live here currently are in our late 20's and work full time day shifts M-F. We occasionally have people over on weekends, but it's usually fairly small get togethers and not very often. We are easy to get along with and for the most part keep to ourselves in our rooms. If this seems like a good fit, please do reach out! We are looking to fill 2 of these rooms. If you are a couple you can have a shared bedroom + a shared office or work space in the other bedroom. Or if you have a friend who you are trying to move with there are 2 available rooms. (Price per room is $1,250) The price includes utilities One year lease agreement required. Rent is month-to-month within the lease term with a minimum one year commitment. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with a 30-day written notice in accordance with California law. Tenant must also provide a 30-day written notice prior to moving out. Additional house rules and rental terms will be provided prior to signing the lease.
