In 2005, our home was upgraded with a Herzog Presidential Composite roof ($18,000) and Cal-Tek triple pane windows throughout ($25,000). Recently (2014-15), our home was painted and several interior improvements were made.. including laminate flooring, tile, and a 3/8" clear glass frameless shower door/enclosure in the master bath. In May 2016, 24 Canadian solar panels were installed on the rear of our roof with southern exposure by Kuykendall Solar Company (through Solar Negotiators of Fresno).
