This home did not sell for 65,000 in 2014. Not sure where Zillow got this information but it is incorrect. I purchased this home in 2003 under market value for 88,000 and refinanced under market value in 2010 for 153,000. An additional 25 acres was purchased which is attached to the original 46 acres for 65,000 on the date they claim the house was purchased. I guess correct information has no place at zillow!
