The property is a duplex and is perfect for someone who enjoys living alone without being stuck in an apartment complex. It's a one bedroom one bath with a large living room area and a decent sized kitchen where you can fit a small table or more storage in the corner. The bedroom also has a nice sized walk-in closet, and there's drawers and a cabinet just outside the bathroom that's perfect for storing your bathroom stuff. It has updated appliances, including a dishwasher, glass top stove, and large fridge. You also have a large basement that's perfect for storage, which is accessible from a covered staircase outside. This is also where your washer and dryer are located. You share one wall with the tenant next door but the walls are thick enough that neither of us ever had any complaints about noise, even with parties and people over. There is a garage where you can store more stuff or park your car in bad weather, but there is no remote opener so you'll probably spend most of your time parked in your space in front of the garage. You and the tenant next door each have your own marked spot. The property is ready to be moved into immediately. If you want to move in before August 1st then you would need to pay me for your rent and security deposit, as I've already paid up through July. I would be willing to cut you a deal on the rent if you're willing to move in early though. From August 1st onwards the rent would be paid directly to the property owners. The rent is $600 a month, and there is a one time pet fee. Because you would be taking over my lease and my security deposit and I've already paid the pet fee I would just need to check with the property owner if you have pets to make sure they are okay with it. Included in rent are trash and lawn care. You will be responsible for water ($40-60), gas ($30-40 summertime, $70-$80 wintertime), electricity ($40-100 depending on the weather), and whatever cable/internet provider you choose. I'm currently living in Kansas City so my days are limited on when I can show the property, but if needed I can make arrangements for someone else to show it.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
