The new roof was installed in 2023. The property has a nice back yard and a small garage. The neighborhood is family friendly. For traveling the property is close to State routes 41,62,22,and 35. Interstate 71 is nearby as well. No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed. Appliances available to rent as well
