Fresh carpet in the bedroom. Laundry is shared, located in the basement, and accessible through a door inside the unit. Parking is free right out front on the street. It is a short walk away from Hancock, Wolfgangs, and many other places along Wealthy! Owner is responsible during winter for keeping the driveway accessible while tenants are responsible for keeping routes from the building to the driveway/drivewayto their car accessible. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. No pets allowed. All utilities with the exception of cable and wifi are included. Single Applicant: $1,300 per month, 6 month contract $1,300 for security deposit Couple Applicants: $1,400 per month, 6 month contract $1,400 for security deposit General house upkeep is the responsibility of the tenant (changing light bulbs, batteries, ect.)
