Currently, free utilities in this building include water and heat. The rent amount does not include gas, electricity, cable, or internet (you must set that up on your own). Zillow did not allow an option to indicate 13 months - July is a sublease month. The full lease begins in August and would go to 7/31/16 and is managed by the landlord. My lease ends in July but I am moving out prior and would like to have someone take over for the last month and then start their own lease in August.
