They are 10 minutes away from Valencia and 15 minutes away from UCF They provide convenience with a resident portal that can be used to pay rent, view charges, and print payment history. You can also create service requests at anytime and follow the progress. I have an awesome, very easy to get along with roommate. I am willing to possibly help pay for the first month. The lease is up in October but I received a job opportunity in Austin TX and I leave on May 18th. The rent has utilities and wifi included!
