Rates start at $2200 and upwards a month with a $1000 Refundable cleaning fee. Owner pays for all utilities including wifi/cable. Non-Smoking units. No cats allowed. We will consider small dogs for an additional monthly fee of $100. the lease can be tailored to suit your short term or long term needs. Including monthly rates or long term rates.
