Property DID NOT SELL at PUBLIC AUCTION on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 at 11:00! Therefore, we'll need to obtain Court approval to sell again (and are seeking a lower RESERVE). When approval (Court order) is received, an auction date will be set (some 30-35 days out). We'll also update info and will re-post all auction details, terms & conditions & the NEW RESERVE. Until then, we can do nothing & there will be NO SCHEDULED SHOWING APPOINTMENTS!
