The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils for those who prefer to dine in. Coffee lovers can enjoy an entire pot of coffee or just a cup using the Keuring. The porch is a covered space to enjoy the shade and views of the Carolina Beach Lake! There are 3 Smart TVs (with streaming capability). Just a short walk to the beach. Close proximity to downtown Carolina Beach, the Boardwalk, Veggie Wagon & just across the street from the beach. Parking for 2 vehicles (assigned, tandem spaces, under the building). Large trucks or SUV's may not fit. Small Dog is permitted with a pet fee Gas Golf carts are permitted - no plugin for electric; however, they do count towards parking allowance. Sleeps (5): Bedroom #1: Queen Bedroom #2: Queen / Bunk (2 Twin) Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office. $75 cap on electricity & $75 cap on Water, Trash, & Sewer. No smoking Anyone 18 years of age or older living in the rental will be required to complete a credit application. $100 per applicant. Renters insurance is required.
