What is great this place is that is a cute little home right in the middle of Spring Hill. Its close to everything in town! You are a 5 minute walk to the Spring Hill Bakery or the Juice Bar. This is one of the few homes in Spring Hill that rents for $1300. Most are much more expensive. We allow one cat and no dogs. You must make 3x income to qualify. Also, rent from a local company and not a wall street corporation. We take care of our tenants.
