    Brand New Roof, A/C and heating unit is only about 5 years old I think, the house has been gutted of all furniture, and carpet has been pulled due to all the moving is ruined the carpet more or less, I had to go through everything, looking for paperwork and things like that, this is due to both my parents being in bad health, and father just died on last December. Everything worked when? my dad? went into hospital and when I moved my mom in with me, and I had to go through every single box, drawer, anything that could hold important documents or pictures. The house was built in the mid to late 1970's, it is hooked up to the City of Satsuma sewer. I have been slowly able to gut the house and remove all items, and remove all carpet. It has been abandoned for over a year now, I have tried to start clean-up and have pulled all the carpet. I will have someone come clean the house before I show the house again. That should be happening this week. It has never been updated since it was built, so it would need some flooring and updating, how elaborate of an update depends on the person. However the neighborhood it is in is very sought-after and it's in Satsuma which is a very desirable place to live as well. If I didn't have to take care of my mother with dementia, and had all these family issues worked out, I definitely would not sell it and keep it and update it myself, because it's a super popular place to live!!! Unfortunately, I am going to have to sell it to someone else and let them make the money off of it or they might wanna keep it and have a house in Vaughn's Palisades!! I am just now today 10/25/22 officially accepting offers, I have had many people come by and leave numbers and also give me offers, I will reach back out to those people and tell them they can now make and official offer, I am going to have my estate lawyer write up all the paperwork and documents, and she will hand that off to a title company she uses. That is "if" I receive an offer that I will accept, and only if they can put it in writing. Otherwise I will not sell the house, I do not have to sell it, and the only reason I am considering it now is I want to spend time with my mom while I can. And if I sell it?,? it will be a quick, not drawn out process, being able to focus on my mom 100% as soon as possible is key!! This will be for now a For Sale By Owner "AS-IS" deal, and I will not finance or accept any types of offers that are not 100%. I know what the house is worth and will be worth once updated, so serious buyers only please. I have already been given offers in the last 24 hours, and have been offered the listing price, which is discounted due to the updates it needs and the yards are overgrown. The yard isn't in great shape and the backyard is cluttered and overgrown, but I am accepting offers for the next week or two, unless I get an offer I want to take right away, and it can be in writing and a fast and not ?a ?drawn out transaction.
