The bungalow has two bedrooms and one bathroom; each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The kitchen is full-sized and is fully stocked. The living room is cozy with a smart-TV and wi-fi included. The Bungalow has a lovely, quiet backyard with a pergola, fire pit, and chairs for your use. The yard is fully fenced with a driveway gate. Large detached two-car garage is available for your use. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are friendly! The Bungalow is just 5 minutes away from downtown Boise; 40 minutes away from our local Boise ski hill called Bogus Basin; 15 minutes away from the foothills for walks, hikes, and bike rides; 15 minutes away from the Boise river and 60 minutes away from the Payette River for summer floating. The owners are a local nurse practitioner and a firefighter, and they will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home is fully furnished. Utilities and internet are included in the monthly rent fee. Yard maintenance provided by the owner. Minimum rent is 30 days. The $500 security deposit must be paid prior to the rental agreement being created/signed, and will only be refunded if the dates of stay are fulfilled and the home is left in reasonably clean condition. There is a nonrefundable $250 pet deposit per pet. $300 cleaning fee.
