My Misfortune Could Be Your Good Fortune! This home is located in a village named Utica, Missouri which is approximately five (5) miles from Chillicothe, Missouri, The Home of Sliced Bread!! The home was built in the 30s but my talented husband had done many improvements which included replacing the kitchen flooring with laminate, adding a room, hallway, two closets and a deck.
