Needs several thousand dollars of work.. new owner is the same owner originally, going to jail. I am still going through a divorce, my husband played a good game, allows a freak Kennith Eastland into my home, trashed the house, had his brother buy the house my husband hated.. both Kennith Eastland and Glenn Parrish my husband, took my home from me, let it go into foreclosure, bought it back while I had to make ends meets in a bad neighborhood where both my dogs were killed. The home was intentionally put in pitiful condition , I'm in the process of sending everyone involved to jail. I tend to believe it is illegal to buy a home, leave, let it go into foreclosure and buy it back.. , attorney's involved are arguing this case.the purchaser is also a freak , luckily will fix up. He has no money 150.000 at least to get this home compass inspection.
